The Food Innovation Lab will host three sold out Tasting Australia events in May
Tasting Australia presented by Journey Beyond is one of the country’s longest running eating and drinking festivals – celebration and collaboration of people, produce and place lie at the heart of our existence. Each autumn we invite audiences to step beyond a standard food festival to discover deliciously different experiences that feed their curiosity.
Kane Pollard, the new Waite Chef in Residence, will also be taking part in Zero Heros at the Dining Galleries on Wednesday 7th May where there are tickets still available. Check out the Tasting Austrlaia website for more information.
