You are invited to join white, rose and red wine tastings at Waite.
You must be 18 years of age and over to participate, not have any of the dietary requirements or allergies and be a regular wine consumer (at least once a month).
You will be asked to taste 6-8 wine samples and rate the intensity of listed sensory attributes for the given samples, as instructed. A short briefing will be given before the start of the test. Participant Information Sheet will be provided at the sensory sessions for further details.
You can attend one, two or all three sessions. The wines are expected to be evaluated in less than ½ hour. As a sign of our appreciation, you’ll receive a $10 gift voucher after each session. Please book one of the following time slots:
Tuesday 7 March (white wines)
Thursday 9 March (rose wines)
Tuesday 14 March (red wines)

Location: Sensory laboratory, Level 4, Wine Innovation Central Building, Waite Campus, The University of Adelaide (corner of Hartley Grove and Paratoo Rd, Urrbrae, SA 5064).
Participation in this project is completely voluntary. If you agree to participate, you can withdraw from the study at any time prior to the publication of results, and non-participation or withdrawal will not affect your relationship with the University. This study is conducted under Human Research Ethics Committee Approval Number: H-2021-175.
