You are invited to join red and white wine tastings at Waite.

University of Adelaide and ARC Training Centre for Innovative Wine Production PhD candidate, Stephanie Angela, is recruiting wine consumers to participate in a sensory panel for an industry-focused project titled “Membrane Technology for Efficient Wine Processing”. 

Location: Sensory Laboratory, Level 4, Wine Innovation Central Building, Waite Campus, The University of Adelaide (corner of Hartley Grove and Paratoo Rd, Urrbrae, SA 5064).

You are very welcome, but not required on all days. Kindly choose 1 session for each day.

Project 1

You will be asked to taste 5 wines/session and rate the intensity of sensory attributes of the wines as instructed. 

10$ Coles/Myer gift card will be given at the end of each session as a token of appreciation for your participation in this project.
