You have 3 minutes and a single slide to make an impact with your research. Can you do it?
The Three Minute Thesis (3MT®) competition are now open for registrations.
3MT is a professional and highly engaging international research communication competition, that challenges graduate researchers to present a compelling oration on their thesis and its significance in just 3 minutes!
Why should you participate?
3MT provides an excellent platform to develop your research communication and presentation skills, enhancing your ability to effectively explain your research in language appropriate to a non-specialist audience.
Additionally, 3MT provides valuable networking opportunities and the chance to showcase your research beyond your School and College. The winner of the University competition will go on to represent Adelaide University in the 2026 Asia-Pacific Three Minute Thesis final.
Participating students will also receive 5 GRIT credits under Shaping the future, with additional credits available for Training sessions.
