You are invited to join traditional Chinese tea tastings at Waite.
The School of Agriculture, Food and Wine, University of Adelaide visiting academic, Dr Yao Zou, is recruiting tea consumers to participate in a sensory panel for the project titled “Linking sensory and consumer insights to molecular fingerprints of Chinese commercial tea”.
Location: Sensory Laboratory, Level 4, Wine Innovation Central Building, Waite Campus, The University of Adelaide (corner of Hartley Grove and Paratoo Rd, Urrbrae, SA 5064).
You would be required to attend one session on each day. Kindly choose 1 session for each day.
You will be asked to taste 12 teas/session and rate your liking and the intensity of sensory attributes of the teas as instructed.
A $80 Coles/Myer gift card will be given at the end of the fourth session as a token of appreciation for your participation in this project.
