Join Yuandamarra and Nadia, First Nations business owners behind Red Centre Enterprises, and Kate Delaporte, horticulturalist and native food expert at Adelaide University, for a unique experience exploring the flavours, stories and cultural significance of native bush foods.
Hosted in the Food Innovation Lab at Adelaide University’s Waite Campus, this session introduces Australia’s native ingredients through tasting and storytelling, sharing cultural knowledge, history and contemporary uses of bush foods. The experience is brought to life through a specially curated menu by Karena Armstrong of The Salopian Inn, showcasing native ingredients in a contemporary culinary setting.
