The AWRI presents music to celebrate stories of wine science
On the 18th of January, the AWRI and songwriter Max Savage presented an evening of music, comedy and wine research at Lambert Estate in the Barossa. The event was a huge success and the music that was created through this collaboration is worth a listen. It is a testament to any songwriter that can weave phrases like ‘oenological enlightenment’, ‘obscure sesquiterpene’, or ‘microbiological control’ into a catchy tune.
