Call for Abstracts – SSA National Conference 2026

Abstract submissions are now open for the 2026 conference, to be held 1–5 November 2026 at Pan Pacific Perth, hosted on Whadjuk Noongar Boodja in Boorloo (Perth), Western Australia, following the National Soil Judging Competition (29–31 October).

Under the theme “Common Ground: Soils for the Anthropocene”, we invite contributions that reflect the multidisciplinary nature of the soils sector and the breadth of knowledge required to manage soils in an era defined by human impact.

We’re welcoming oral and poster presentations across themes including soil stewardship, soil health, soil security, agronomy, policy, national inventories, engineering, nutrient dynamics and technology including AI.
