Registrations are now open for Climate and Carbon in Agriculture 2020! Hosted by the Climate Research Strategy for Primary Industries (CRSPI), the conference will be held 31 March – 1 April 2020 at the Adelaide Convention Centre.
The Conference Program is available on the CRSPI website (https://crspi.com.au/conference) and registrations are open.
During the two-day event, CRSPI will host international and Australian thought leaders, providing attendees with their insights into adapting to and mitigating the effects of, a changing climate and reducing greenhouse gas emissions.
Among them will be:
- Dr Richard Denniss, Chief Economist and former Executive Director of The Australia Institute;
- Professor Mark Howden, Director of the Climate Change Institute at the Australian National University and a Vice Chair of the Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change (IPCC);
- John Connor, CEO of The Carbon Market Institute;
- Hugh Killen, CEO of the Australian Agricultural Company.
