Are you passionate about sustainable foods or alternative proteins? Curious about the flavour and texture of edible insects?

The University of Adelaide is recruiting people aged 18 or older to participate in a trained descriptive sensory panel that will complete sensory profiling for dehydrated, boiled, deep-fried and roasted farm-raised edible insects (mealworms, house crickets, tyrant ants, green tree ants).

Panel screening will be held on the following dates, at the Waite Campus, Urrbrae (participants will receive a $10 gift voucher for a screening session).

Participants will receive a $20 gift voucher for each training and sensory analysis session. Participation is optional, and you can withdraw at any stage. Please note, you will need to attend all sessions to participate in the descriptive sensory panel.
