Participants Wanted for Wine Tasting Research Study
Researchers from Adelaide University’s School of Marketing and School of Agriculture, Food and Wine are seeking participants for a wine tasting sensory study at the Waite Campus.
Participants will taste five white or red wines of varying alcohol strengths and complete a short questionnaire about their experience. The findings will help guide future wine development and communication strategies that support more sustainable wine consumption.
Location: Wine Innovation Central Building, Waite Campus
Duration: Approximately 45 to 60 minutes
Participant reimbursement: $20 gift voucher
Available Sessions
White Wine Tastings: 1, 2, 3, 8, 9 and 10 September 2026
Red Wine Tastings: 6, 7, 8, 13, 14 and 15 October 2026
Session times are available at: 10:00 am, 12:00 pm, 2:00 pm, 4:00 pm, 6:00 pm
Participants need only attend one session and can choose either a white wine or red wine tasting.
Eligibility
- Participants must:
- Be aged 18 years or older
- Live in Australia
- Be proficient in English
- Purchase and consume white and/or red wine
- Not be pregnant
- Have no known food allergies or intolerances
