Nature Research, the publisher of Nature,is seeking applications for the Nature Research Awards for Inspiring and Innovating Science, produced in partnership with The Estée Lauder Companies.
The Inspiring & Innovating Science programme consists of two categories:
- The Achievement Award for an individual woman researcher of inspiring scientific achievement; and
- The Outreach Award for a project or programme aimed at inspiring girls and young women to engage with and study STEM subjects or increase the retention rate of women in STEM careers.
Applicants will be judged by a panel chaired by a senior Nature editor and includes relevant Nature Research editors and independent experts.
The winners will receive:
- A grant of $30,000
- Coverage on nature.com
- Training from Nature Masterclasses
- Mentoring, as well as an invitation to present their work or initiative to scientists at The Estée Lauder Companies.
