Imagining the Future of Food, a Marion Library Service associated Tasting Australia event, is to be held at the Cove Civic Centre (Hallett Cove) on Wednesday 10 April, 2019 from 6.30pm – 8.30pm.

At this event, an expert panel of speakers including Professor Andrew Lowe & Dr Caitlin Byrt of University of Adelaide, will discuss how we can expect our food to look like in the future with food production and processing going through major change. Our audience capacity is 75 and our 2018 event, Forage on the Fleurieu, was a sell out success.

We are also hoping to instigate a ‘Curiosity Lane’ where ‘future food’ stalls/organisations can display, demonstrate/sample and talk about/sell their ideas or products.

If your organization is interested in a stall in ‘Curiosity Lane’, please register your interest no later than Friday 7 December, 2018. Please include a brief description of the content of your stall.

There is no charge to your business to be involved & we will advertise your involvement via our social media channels etc.
