The University of Adelaide Future Making Fellowship Scheme is now open.
The scheme supports early-career and mid-career researchers of outstanding calibre and potential, who will be based in the University’s Research Institutes.
Fellowships must be aligned with a Research Mission in at least one of the University of Adelaide FAME (Foci and Magnets for Excellence) Strategies: Agrifood and Wine, Digi Plus, Healthy Societies, and Sustainability.
Applications are open from 24 April to 5 June.
The FMF Scheme provides research-only fellowships of three years duration. Successful Agrifood and Wine Fellows will be employed within the Waite Research Institute. They will report to the Institute Director with possible co-supervision by senior researcher(s).
Each Fellowship provides a full salary plus on-costs, together with an additional, one-off research establishment grant of $50k and a contribution of $5k toward relocation costs for interstate applicants and $10k for international applicants. The starting salary will be based on the track record of the Fellow and any special circumstances applicable and must be consistent with the University’s Enterprise Agreement.
