Global Engagement is inviting expressions of interest from University of Adelaide staff for a Theme Lead to champion the Global Food Systems theme within the Adelaide-Nottingham Alliance.

 

The Theme Lead will drive research, education, and staff/student mobility initiatives; coordinate activities across both institutions; engage stakeholders; and grow the theme and Alliance’s global visibility and impact.

Appointment: Two years from June 2025 (approx. 100 hours/year).

Eligibility: Established research track record within the theme; strong leadership, coordination, and communication skills; active international network; commitment to interdisciplinary innovation.

 

Interested applicants should complete the EOI form by Sunday 18 May 2025. The form will ask you to outline the following:

– Your interest in the Global Food Systems theme

– Your suitability for this Theme Leader role

– How you would approach the role to advance the goals of the Adelaide–Nottingham Alliance

– Evidence of support from your line manager (pdf email or letter)
