The AWRI-AU Collaborative Research Initiative (aka the ‘Friendship Fund’) is back and we are delighted to call for EoIs for joint Australian Wine Research Institute-Adelaide University projects. Please see the attached EoI application form for more details, including eligibility requirements.
The Fund’s objectives are to:
- Invest in Strategic Research initiatives that further the research reputation, income and/or outcomes of AWRI and AU
- Invest in Strategic Capital Infrastructure
- Encourage collaboration between AWRI and AU
- Support joint appointments, postdocs and visiting scientists at AWRI and AU
Provide AWRI Industry partner cash contributions to support externally funded grants
EoIs must be submitted by CoB 30 April and should be endorsed by appropriate line managers at both organisations.
We anticipate funding multiple projects, with up to $200K available this round (a second round of funding may occur in November).
