• Researchers are investigating whether low-density polymer vessels with oak staves could be used in the production of Chardonnay rather than expensive oak barrels

• The library supports the grape and wine sector by providing free access to technical information that assists learning, understanding and adoption of research outcomes.

Investigating single-step heat and cold stabilisation 

• Exploratory work has been undertaken to understand the feasibility of using zeolites as an alternative to bentonite, and the potential dual functionality for cold and heat stabilisation.
