Workshops will cover topics such as Using Long Read Technology (Oxford Nanopore), Metagenomics and Microbiome Analysis, Using Agentic AI, Spatial Transcriptomics along with many other offerings. Workshops are organised in conjunction with BiocAsia, and many sessions will be presented by the authors of the tools or technology being demonstrated, providing unique access to those at the cutting edge, along with their expertise.
The ABACBS25 Conference have joined with BiocAsia to organise two full days of workshops immediately following the main conference. All workshops will be held in Festival Tower overlooking the Festival Theatre and the River Torrens.
