Dr. Ryan Hansen is an associate professor in the Tim Taylor Department of Chemical Engineering at Kansas State University. He will present on the critical new strategies to improve agricultural water use efficiency and reduce dependence on synthetic fertilizers for crop growth.
In this lighthearted concert, Gillian Dooley (voice) and Stephen van der Hoek (piano) present some of Jane Austen’s poems, in a variety of contemporary musical settings.
Dr Agnieszka Mierczynska-Vasilev is a Principal Research Scientist at the Australian Wine Research Institute. Her research focuses on materials science, surface engineering, and nanotechnology applied to complex liquid systems, particularly wine.
