Visiting scientist seminar: Dr Chalermchai Wongs-Aree on “Preservation of the postharvest quality in selected tropical fruits”

Dr. Chalermchai Wongs-Aree received his Bsc. in Agricultural Technology in Thailand in 1992 and his Ph.D. in Plant Molecular and Cell Biology in 2003 from the University of Nottingham in the UK. He has been working on Postharvest Technology and Logistics of Agricultural Commodities for over twenty years since joining King Monkut’s University of Technology Thonburi (KMUTT) as a Lecturer and Researcher.

The research fields of interest include analyzing the colour and aroma of fresh produce and the proper storage systems for tropical fruits.
