Title: Fitness of fungicide resistant Erysiphe necator and Plasmopara viticola in grapevine.
Abstract: Cian Hoban is a PhD student at Adelaide University currently researching fungicide resistance in strawberries. He has recently completed his honours project which investigated the fitness of fungicide resistant Erysiphe necator (powdery mildew) and Plasmopara viticola (downy mildew) in grapevines. This presentation shows the results of honours research, which aimed to provide insight into the epidemiological behaviour of fungicide-resistant populations and the implications for resistance management strategies in viticulture.
