Paul’s talk will introduce the MERSCOPE Ultra, Vizgen’s new platform for high-plex, high-sensitivity spatial transcriptomics. The Ultra utilises a new, larger flow cell with up to 3.0 cm² of imageable area, and incorporates version 2.0 of the MERFISH chemistry, which provides improved transcript detection sensitivity and specificity.
