The University of Adelaide is recruiting regular wine consumers aged 18 years or older to participate in a consumer trial involving alternate wine packaging, as part of a research project being undertaken by Master of Viticulture and Oenology student, Rituj Sangrulkar.

The tasting will be held on Friday 19th June in the Sensory Laboratory located on Level 4 of the Wine Innovation Central building (cnr Paratoo Road and Hartley Grove, Urrbrae) between 10 am and 3 pm, during which you will be asked to complete a short survey and to taste 6 wines and indicate how much you like/dislike each.

The tasting is expected to take ~20 minutes. Participants will receive a $10 gift voucher on completion of the tasting.

To mitigate risk associated with Covid-19, social distancing will be in effect, so please also nominate your preferred attendance time(s), i.e. 10 am, 10:30am, 11 am, 11:30am, 12 pm, 12:30pm, 1 pm,1:30pm, 2 pm, or 2:30 pm. This will allow us to manage the number of participants involved in the study at any given time
