Wine researchers at the University of Adelaide are looking for white wine consumers to take part in a tasting of 6 Sauvignon Blanc wines next Wednesday and Thursday afternoon (21st and 22nd of October). This study is investigating the use of membrane filtration technology to achieve protein stability in white wine.

To participate in the study, you will need to meet the following criteria:

  • Reside in Australia
  • Be aged 18 years or older
  • Consume white wine on a regular basis

You only need to attend one tasting session, during which the wines samples will be evaluated in the presence and intensity of aroma, flavour, and mouthfeel attributes.

Available times are:

14:00, 15:00, 16:00 on both days (21st and 22nd of Oct)

Expected duration: the session will usually take 30 minutes.

Location: Sensory Laboratory, Level 4, Wine Innovation Central Building, Waite Campus, The University of Adelaide (cnr of Hartley Grove and Paratoo Rd, Urrbrae, SA 5064).
