Registration for the 17th Australian Wine Industry Technical Conference (AWITC) in Adelaide 21 – 24 July 2019 is now open!
The AWITC is the ‘must attend’ technical event for the Australian grape and wine industry. Held every three years since 1970, it combines an extensive program of plenary sessions, workshops, posters, student forum and social events with the industry’s most respected and extensive trade exhibition.
Full-time students can take advantage of discounted student pricing.
The Australian Wine Industry Technical Conference Inc. has two members: The Australian Wine Research Institute and the Australian Society of Viticulture and Oenology.

The 17th AWITC will be held at the Adelaide Convention Centre 21-24 July 2019. This event will incorporate the Outlook Conference in partnership with Australian Grape & Wine, feature the WineTech trade exhibition in collaboration with the Wine Industry Suppliers Australia Inc. and Fair Events, and partner with the prestigious McWilliam’s Maurice O’Shea Award Dinner.
