Stephanie Angela, a PhD student at the University of Adelaide and the ARC Training Centre for Innovative Wine Production, invites wine consumers to participate in a red wine tasting – assisting with an industry-focused project.
Eligibility: 18 years + and consume wine at least once a month.
We have an opportunity for you to join us as a sensory panellist to assist with an industry-focused project, titled “Membrane Technology for Efficient Wine Processing”.
You will be asked to taste 6 wines / session and rate the intensity of sensory attributes of the wines as instructed.
A $10 Coles/Myer gift card will be given at the end of each session as a token of appreciation for your participation in this project.
Location: Sensory Laboratory, Level 4, Wine Innovation Central Building, Waite Campus, The University of Adelaide (cnr of Hartley Grove and Paratoo Rd, Urrbrae, SA 5064).

You are welcome, but not required to attend all three sessions. Kindly choose only 1 time for each session.
1. White wine
