ARC Industrial Transformation Research Hub: Genetic Diversity and Molecular Breeding for Wheat in a Hot and Dry Climate

PhD project available:

The PhD candidate will be part of the ARC Wheat Hub ( Program 2 focusing on germplasm development for genetic diversity. The PhD project will involve genotypic and phenotypic analysis of a wheat Nested Association Mapping (NAM) population. The candidate will work in collaboration with breeding companies and should have an interest and background in genetics for plant breeding.

The selected candidate will need to enrol and apply for a PhD scholarship through the University of Adelaide.
