The University of Adelaide and SARDI are recruiting people aged 18 years and over to participate in a trial evaluating consumer acceptance of pastas, some are made with cricket flour.
Tastings are available at the following dates and times:
Tuesday 6 October: 10:30am, 12:30pm, 2:30pm
Wednesday 7 October: 10:30am, 12:30pm, 2:30pm
Thursday 8 October: 10:30am, 12:30pm
The sessions will last between 20 and 30 minutes and are located in the Sensory Facility, Wine Innovation West Building, Hartley Grove, Urrbrae 5064 (Waite Campus)
Participants will receive: $20 Coles Myers voucher for their time.
