Would you like to try some Shiraz wine and food pairings?
We are looking for regular red wine consumers to participate in a Shiraz and food pairing study at The University of Adelaide. This study aims to investigate consumers’ perception of red wine and food pairings.
No specific wine knowledge or education is required to take part in this study, however we are unable to accommodate any specific dietary requirements.
You can freely choose a suitable time to fit your busy schedule from multiple options.
Tasting sessions are scheduled at 4pm, 5:30pm and 7pm from 11 January until 24 January 2018.
How can I participate?

You will receive a response email with all details and a link to book your preferred date and time.
The tasting will be held at the Wine Innovation Central Building, Waite Campus, Urrbrae.
In appreciation of your time, we will give you a $10 Coles-Myer gift voucher* at the end of your participation.
We are aiming to gather 200 participants for this study. So if you know of someone who is a Shiraz wine drinker and might be interested in this study, please forward us their email addresses and we can invite them personally.
