Would you like to try some white wine and food pairings?

We are looking for regular white wine consumers to participate in a Chardonnay and food pairing study at The University of Adelaide. This study aims to investigate consumers’ perception of white wine and food pairings.

No specific wine knowledge or education is required to take part in this study, however we are unable to accommodate any specific dietary requirements.

You can freely choose a suitable time to fit your busy schedule from multiple options.

Tasting sessions are scheduled at 4pm, 5:30pm and 7pm for each of the following dates:

Tuesday 5th, Wednesday 6th, Thursday 7th,
Thursday 14th,
Monday 18th, Tuesday 19th, Wednesday 20th of December.

In appreciation of your time, we will give you a $10 Coles-Myer gift voucher at the end of your participation.

We are aiming to gather 200 participants for this study. So if you know of someone who is a Chardonnay wine drinker and might be interested in this study, please forward us their email addresses and we can invite them personally.
