PhD Seminar: Pietro Previtali

On Tuesday 9th April, PhD student Pietro Previtali will present his major review seminar on the topic of “Breaking the sugar:flavour nexus. Producing grapes with less sugar and more flavour.”
Pietro is undertaking his PhD within the ARC Training Centre for Innovative Wine Production, and is supervised by Christopher Ford, Kerry Wilkinson and Nick Dokoozlian (E&J Gallo Winery, US)
