As consumer needs continue to rapidly evolve, propelled by convenience and food experiences that are setting the bar higher and higher, there has never been a more crucial time for food businesses to innovate to survive and thrive.
ThincLab Waite, along with event partner Moore Stephens, invite you to hear from our expert panellists as they discuss these emerging food trends and opportunities.

Catherine is Chief Executive Officer of Food South Australia Inc., the State’s peak industry body for food manufacturers and producers. Catherine is passionate and committed to developing South Australia’s food industry and continuing to raise the profile of the importance of the industry. She leads a team of over ten staff based in Adelaide as well as China and Japan.
Matt co-founded Test Kitchen in 2015 with high school friend, Chef Julie-Ann Hill with the purpose of combatting eating alone in older people and the undernutrition that it causes in one third of this population.
Together with a table full of baby boomers, they created Tablehood in 2018/19 supported by The Office for Ageing Well through the ‘Creating Better Neighbourhoods: Innovation in Ageing Challenge’.
Tablehood supports a movement towards eating socially to increase our sense of belonging with each other and to tackle social isolation in the places where we live.
As Executive Officer of the Adelaide Farmers Market, Christine is an entrepreneurial marketing, event/project and food professional with extensive experience at upper management level. She has worked in small and large businesses, member associations, retail and production, not for profit and on major and minor events.
