Microbiome Special Interest Group – AGRF

Waite Campus Partner AGRF offers the most comprehensive range of genomic Microbiome analyses, including:

  • 16S Sanger
  • Microbial Profiling by Next Generation Sequencing
  • Full length 16S by PacBio Long Read Sequencing
  • Whole Genome Metagenomics.

At this Special Interest Group meeting, our Microbiome Expert, Dr Christopher Noune will provide you with an introduction to these different types of analyses and how they can provide great insight into this exciting area of research with his presentation ‘Metagenomics: The Ultimate Overview.’

You’ll also hear from a valued AGRF client, University of Adelaide Research Fellow Yi Zhou, from the School of Agriculture, Food & Wine, with a presentation titled ‘Uncovering root-associated microbiomes in cropping systems.’
