Are you a farmer or primary producer keen to learn more about how technologies are shaping the future of agriculture? Do you want to understand how to adopt these cutting-edge technologies to bring real benefits to your business? Do you have a new business idea but are unsure of how to develop the skills or tools to turn it into a commercially viable product?

10.00am – 3.00pm:  Innovation and Ideation Workshop
Learn more about how technologies are shaping the future of agriculture and how you can utilize these cutting edge technologies to bring real benefit to your business.

  • Understand what “agtech” really is, and unlock the benefits of technology for your business
  • Develop skills and tools to turn an idea or technology on your farm into a scaleable solution
  • Understand the process of how to transform your business idea into a reality

3.00pm to 5.00pm: ‘Meet the Makers’ networking session hosted by ThincLab and Wine Australia.
Local growers and producers are invited to a ‘Meet the Maker’ networking session, hosted by ThincLab and Wine Australia. This free event will follow on from the Farmers2Founders workshop. It’s entirely optional but we would love you to join us for drinks, nibbles and the opportunity to meet some key movers and shakers in the industry + view displays by agri-food innovators (both tech & products)and chat with an innovative wine maker from the region.

Farmers2Founders (F2F) is a new entrepreneurship program designed to support Australian primary producers to take charge of emerging technologies and new business models. F2F aims to close the gap between the agriculture and tech communities.
