You are invited to join a Sauvignon blanc wine rate-all-that-apply (RATA) sensory study. This study is conducted under Human Research Ethics Committee Approval Number: H-2019-135. To participate, you must be residing in Australia, be 18 years of age or older, don’t have specific dietary requirements and/or allergies (i.e. SO2), and have consumed wine at least once in the last month.
Participants will be required to attend one session for up to one hour, during which the wine samples will be rated in terms of appropriate aroma and flavour attributes using online sensory software. Before the first tasting, participants will be required to do a short survey to provide demographic information.
The dates and times are:
Tuesday 24th August: 10am; 11am; 1pm; 2pm; 3pm; 4pm.
Wednesday 25th August: 10am; 11am; 1pm; 2pm; 3pm; 4pm.
Thursday 26th August: 10am; 11am; 1pm; 2pm; 3pm; 4pm.

Location: Sensory laboratory, Level 4, Wine Innovation Central Building, Waite Campus, The University of Adelaide (cnr of Hartley Grove and Paratoo Rd, Urrbrae, SA 5064)
Expected duration: The trial is composed of one session, which includes a 5-minute online survey followed by 35-55 minutes for the evaluation of 8 wines.
